DELIVERY, RETURNS & REFUNDS

DELIVERY

We ship orders using Royal Mail, USPS, Fedex, DPD, UPS and DHL. We usually dispatch standard within 3 working days and 1-2 working days if express shipping has been selected and paid for (dependent on stock availability). If out of stock, please allow an extra 1-2 days dispatch time to produce and pack

Orders may be amended so long as they have not already been dispatched. Please contact our Customer Service Team at hello@chinchinprints.co.uk as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

Shipping confirmation is available via email as soon as your order is processed and shipped. 

RETURNS

Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on any bespoke or customised prints.

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender.
